May 8th 43 operation.t.u. I was Wirless operator on a Wellington Bomber , The message was to Rockall, a famous island with no one on it, at that point we lost an engine. From 8000ft high we dropped to 2000ft, we then baled out of the aircraft, by parachute, onto the island mouth uist.hebrodian.
