All trussed up and nowhere to go.

The photograph shows some of the Hitchin ARP team with the end result of a 'first aid' practice outside the Woodside Hall, in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The 'injured party' looks comfortable enough! The man at the back on the right is Mr Bernard Brockett.

There is a picture of the full APR team at article number A7321033

The photograph was brought to the British Schools Museum by Mr Mick Brockett, son of ARP volunteer Brockett. It has been submitted to the People's War archive A7320926 by the museum, with Mr Brockett's permission.
