It is the story of my 4 years of service in the RN. It covers about a dozen A4 size pages so it is too long for an 80 year old to type out again as I do not have a scanner. Is it possible to let you have a copy by post?

Unfortunately, we can only accept stories which are submitted onto the website. Stories cannot be accepted by email, post or on disc.

If you do not have anyone available to type in your story, local centres, such as libraries and Age Concern, are coming on board to help. Call 08000 150950 to find out your nearest centre; new organisations are getting involved all the time, so ring the helpline back regularly to see if a centre near you has been added.
