Hello,
We had people from World War Two to talk to us about what life was like at that time. Mrs Stark came in on the 23rd March 2005. She told us a story about a banana! We sat in groups of 4 and there were at least 7 groups. The story that my partner and I liked the best was about a banana! It is a very funny story. I think you will enjoy it. Mrs Stark was 1 when the war started and was 6 when it ended. You are now able to read the story of the banana!

The story of the banana starts in Mrs Stark鈥檚 house . As M rs Stark was getting ready for school, her mum was making her packed lunch box
and she had a big yellow thing in her lunch box. She had no idea what this big yellow thing was, so she went to her teacher and asked 鈥楧o you know what this is?鈥欌
鈥淵es I do,it鈥檚 a banana,鈥漷he teacher replied.
鈥淲hat do you do with a banana?鈥
鈥 Eat it!鈥
Mrs Stark was amazed. Then the teacher showed the banana to the class and the class was amazed. This is a true story. We thought the story was very funny. We hope you liked it too.
