when we disembarked from our boat we were being shelled and shot at by german machine guns my division was split up i searched the each and found many of my friends too be dead i was instucted too fire at the bunkers and try too kill the machine gunner
lucky i found a helmet and dug my self in i never saw my friends again.
by this time i had been shot in the legs sevral times i had too be moved to a medical boat and they put a w on my foaread and i was back on the beach luckly i had a strong leg and i told them i wanted to fight again.
