Molly was born during the war and her most prominent memory is of the air-raids. She remembers how much fun her and her friends thought it was! Molly enjoyed all the games they played in the air-raid shelter and how her mother told her not to play there, but she did!
Molly also remebers the sense of community during the war and how everyone felt they could do something to help the war effort and how everyone helped each other and the street party at the end of the war.
