I'm compiling a book on Chester and District during World War Two and would love to hear of any memories about daily life - rationing, etc., bombing and related damage, transport, the City, entertainment, Land Army, Home Guard, ATS, AFS, etc.

If you have a story to tell please do let me know! My deadline is 28th August for information.

Thank you for your help!
