Of course we all remembered Dunkirk.
I'll always remember a lovely sunny Thursday afternoon, standing on the corner of Sheffield Terrace and Kensington Church Street, and seeing a coach load of soldiers going towards Kensington Barracks. I thought they looked as if they had just come back from battle.
