Report on World War two

I asked my Great-Grandad who was 91 on the 11th April
what his experience was in world war two.

1. How old where you when the war started?

I was 25 when the war started.

2. where did you live?

I lived in Lime Regis.

3. What was it like at night time?

I could see the sky light up with all the bombs being dropped on Portland.

4. Did you feel safe?

I felt very very safe because i was with my family.

Where you ever evacuated?

I was never evacuated.
