A lady used to come collecting at our house and asked my mother if I could babysit for her, mum said yes. The lady said if the sirens go we鈥檒l be back straight away. Put the children under the stairs and you鈥檒l be alright. The sirens did not go off but I heard a plane coming over. I got the girl and called the boy and started for the under-stairs. We got halfway down when the roof came in, but we managed to get under the stairs. Then the sirens started and the parents came home, but we were all alright.
