The war took place over 1939 — 1945 and Over this time Mary Bradley was still quite young, roughly the age of 8 or 9. Mary remembers small things about life from durring the war like how her Mother, Father and the rest of the children in the house hold would huddle around the wireless radio and listen for news of the war on the evenings.. Mary believes that the war brought her family closer together.
Mary is now quite Religious. Mary Became Religious over the time of the war as her family used to say decades of the rosery amoung other prayers on a daily basis over the war period for all the people of the world, those who were at war, for those who lost loved one, for those who were awaiting return of loved ones and that there could one day be peace.
Mary is thankful for her life during the war as she has no bad memories nor did she know anyone who was at war. Her heart, prayers and thoughts go out to those who had lost loved ones
