AFter we had our Meidcal we had to report toeh CO again. THis time it was to give us our instructions to where we were going. Suddenly the CO turned and said to me 'Aren't you one of the Fighting Ellison's?' I replied 'Yes, Sir' It was the name given to us as in the family we had five brother-in-laws, my three brothers plus a sister all in the armed services. Also my father was an ARP Warden. There was only one other family who could measure up to us in this respect and that was the Fife Family.
