George William Davidson

Served during the Second World War in India and Singapore. During the war years George was away from home and missed his children growing up as did many men and women who served between 1939-1945.
George passed away in November 1967 and never really talked much about his experiences during the war and so his family are left with mainly pictures of his time abroad.
An obvious family man he sent many photographs home and each one had a sentiment or comment on it.
His son Eric has very kindly allowed us to put these pictures onto the website and hopes it will bring back memories for any of the surviving members of the group his father served with, or perhaps their families.
