Lancaster (JA 962) Q for 'Queenie's',Ground Crew of No 7 PFF Squadron RAF at Oakington. This photograph was taken sometime during 1943. Note the number of Operational Sorties carried out by this aircraft.

On the night of 2nd December 1943, Harold (now W/O) was the Wireless Operator of Lancaster (JA 962) Q for 'Queenie', the Captain was F/O G Wilson. They were airborne at 1659 hrs for another raid on Berlin. They landed back at Oakington at 2333 hrs.
