Devon Library Services holds a collection of personal testimony of World War 2 which was collected in 1994 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of D-Day and a selection of which was published as "Devon's testimony of war" in 1995. Some of these contributions, together with some new material, is made available with the contributors' permission on Devon's local studies website at ^{About links} While most of this relates to the home front, there are some contributions from those who saw active service. As well as contributing to the 大象传媒 website, Devon testimony on any aspect of community history is welcomed at ^{About links}
