A lonely night on the Sydney Pier which wasn't really a pier in 1942 it was more of a large net to stop the Japanese from attacking, But back to the point...

It's a dark lonely night at Sydney pier and Uncle Britan the watch guard was doing his evening patrols When as normal he decided to go to the end of the pier and fish for a while When he would see something unbelivable, it was 2 1 men submarine subs under the water that must have broken through the net. So uncle Britan shouted as loud as he could "help help japs in the area help!" until he felt a big thud, the subs where caught on his line so he pulled and pulled until WOOSH! they shot out of the water onto the ground where everyoe had come to help already.

Sp theres a simple story of a simple man who became a hero over night.
