The person that fought in World War 2 is my Great-Grandpa Ivan Sieger. He is related to me because he is my Great-Grandfather. My Great-Grandfather was dropping bombs on Europe. The two interesting things I learned from the story is Hitler sent his armies across the Polish border on Sep. 1 1939 and the Allies made peace with Germany. One time my Great-grandfather saved a man who was hit with grenade shrapnel. He did not know the man. Later he found out the man was Herb Baker and from a neighboring town in Ohio. He also found out that it was the future Uncle of the woman my Great-Granfather would marry! I felt glad that my Grandpa rescued someone in World War II.
