BACK THEN YOU HAD TO PAY FOR DOCTORS IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY MONEY YOU DIDN'T GET SEEN, I REMEMBER HAVING TO PAY 拢20 FOR A CEASERIAN SECTION BIRTH LUCKLY I HAD MONEY LEFT TO ME AND USED IT FOR THE DOCTORS FEES.
