Kitty Calcutt is now a widow in her 80s living in Gloucestershire. She is my mother. During WW2 she was a nurse, first in the UK then in Burma where she met and married my father.
She has written her memories of the war in 12 small ‘chapters’.
I have presented each ‘chapter’ here under the headings she has used prefixed by KC2 to KC12 so that they can all be found together, and in more-or-less chronological order, by anyone wanting to read her complete story.
