I worked as a conductor on bus number 11 and if the money didn鈥檛 tally with the tickets sold you got stopped the amount out of your wages.

I worked during blackouts and had a little light on my bag strap to work by.

If the sirens went off you would have to drive to the nearest shelter then get all the passengers as well as yourself into the shelter until the raids stopped.
