My first Christmas card
My first Christmas card from my Father, Bill Abbott. It reads ‘to my little Susan on her first Christmas, love from Daddy. 1944'
It was received while he was serving over in India at the time.
This photograph was submitted to the People’s War site by Becky Barugh of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Shropshire CSV Action Desk on behalf of Sue Sharp who very kindly shared it with us. It has been added to the site with Mrs Sharp’s permission and she fully understands the site's terms and conditions.
