I am a half-Canadian war baby — I found out last year that I have family in a remote part of Canada. My father was Canadian — I had always been told that he was killed in the war and couldn’t marry my mother. Mother was disgraced. I found out in October 2003 that he didn’t die till 1970s. I then wrote to the Ottawan authorities and after internet searches I found my family in Canada. I have 3 sisters and more than 100 relatives.

I have just come back from Canada after seeing 3 loving sisters for the first time— we all resemble each other.
