I was stationed on the Isle of Wight in the army. I was on guard duty. A friend had just finished his guard duty and asked me to hold his gun. He wanted to go to the toilet. He actually threw his long jones over the cliff and they were still hanging there (off a branch) the next day, waving in the wind.
