We played lots of different games.
Whip and Top, rounders and cricket.
We also played a game a bit like leap frog, except instead of jumping over the person who was bending over, you jumped onto their back. The idea was to see how many people you could get on at one time.
Usually we managed about four and then they would all collapse.
We had chalk and played hop scotch.
