Dearest Mother & Dad,
I will drop you a few lines tonight to let you know I'm doing fine and hope you all the same. I hope everything at home is swell.
I received a letter today from my big boy and it sure was sweet. He said he & his mommy was coming up soon to see you all. So besure and take good care of them for me.
How is Sis. getting along now? Tell her & Bill hello for me & I will try to drop her a letter soon. Have you heard from Ray lately? I hope so but dont worry about us because we will be O.K. When we come we all will have a big happy time.

How is Granny getting along? Tell her I'm still thinking of her. I sure would like to see all of my wonderful family. Do you still get the $50\oo allotment. If it ever stops write the Officials because you all are suppose to get it from now on. Anita gets $200\oo, you all get 50\oo, and my insurance & food and then I receive the rest personally. I will probably be sending mine home because you can't spend it here. That $50\oo belongs to you all so use it. Have you received all the Bonds yet? Well Mother & Dad I must close now but will write ever chance I get so don't worry but take good care of yourselves & write alot. Tell all hello for me.
