My Dad,Wally Newman Jumped into Arnhem With the 1st Airbourne division and recalled how quiet it was when he landed, they got into Arnhem Town and stated to take heavy casualies Dad lost two of his mates within minutes due to aburst of fire from a tank they did stop the tank with a Piat? Dad got through the battle, and swam across the Rhine to safety Dad died in 1987
