My granny lay in bed all day and an air warden come round to said the German planes were coming with bombs so my granny just stay in bed while the bomb hit a chip shop not so far away from her house. So my granny was lucky but sixty people were not because it had a direct hit on the chip shop. She was sent away to the county side.
