My name is ursula FRfr vond er goltz and I was living in Koenigsberg when the war began. We had to leave ourt country in a horrible rush when we realised that the russians were coming closer. I was only 27 years of age and had already 4 children. We had to pack up as little as we could and had no idea if we would ever be back to recuperate any of our personal belongings. But than again we were all able to leave koenigsberg by ship as a whole family...
