My pearent's were married in 1939 they moved to Beckenham where he was postman.
He got called up november 39,My mum was pregnate with me.Dad was able to see me then but had to go just after I was 8 day's old
As i grew i was shown a photo of a man in uniform and told it was my dad. Mum had a telegram to say he was missing beleive killed,then got told he was a prisoner of war. He came home 1943. since they have both died i have all the card's and photo's from those day's.
