My name is Elaine Edge, the daughter of Harry and Bridey Edge, my mothers maiden name was Griffin,I am one of 12 children 10 still alive, one brother died in 1949 aged 4 weeks and another brother died in 1995 aged 51,I have 3 brothers and 6 sisters. I live in Widnes Cheshire (Lancashire upto 1974)I have written this article about my dad so that anyone who reads this will know how proud i am of him.
