My grandmother and grandfather lived right next door to Wokingham Police Station, where the war siren was located. One day I was there with my cousin, Jim and brother, Bob. Bob put a caterpillar down Jim鈥檚 neck, who screamed really loudly. At that very moment the siren went off, deafening us all. With that my grandmother said, see what you鈥檝e done now. We thought we鈥檇 set the alarm off!
