I remember some of the games we played.
"Rat Tat Ginger" - you knocked on doors and ran away.
Cricket - for wickets we used bricks from bombed houses and our bats were made from timber of the houses.
We also played rounders and skipping with rope stretched over roads.
We also tied a tyre on a rope to a tree branch to use as a swing.
