I was 6 years. I was on my way to school with my friends, Margaret Eltringham and Doreen Robson. As we went along we saw a Cadbury鈥檚 Chocolate wrapper on the floor in the street. Sweets were rationed and chocolate was very very rare. One of us picked up the wrapper and smelt it for the smell of the chocolate. Then we started arguing because we all wanted to smell it. In the end we were fighting over the chocolate wrapper. That was as near as we got to a bar of chocolate.
