"Enjoying a well earnt meal" D Griffin Possibly 1943 Possibly Western Desert
I wonder if anyone can help me identify the RAF personnel in the photo. My father, LAC John Smith, brought it home with him after the war. It was taken (I think) in the Western Desert (circa 1943.
On the back is written:
D Griffen
"Walters"
Wadhurst, Sussex.
Does anyone know any of those in the photo, and in particular, know anything about D Griffin from Wadhurst?
Any info will be much appreciated.
