This is the story of Uncle Charlie's graves. His original grave was in the town of Gavere - but then in the early 1990's the local town council decided to widen the road through the town. So they moved all the graves to a new cemetery, including Charlie's grave. With this story are pictures of the old the grave and the new grave. Uncle Charlie was the hero of the Town of Gavere - he died holding the bridge over the Scheldt. See another story by Moonbeam. Who are you Moonbeam?
