I鈥檓 Olwen Wyn Williams, and I鈥檓 in my 80s.
During the war, I was living between Birkenhead and Liverpool- Birkenhead really. That was badly affected during the war. I remember the bombings. It didn鈥檛 really frighten me, but the bombing was very bad. I had a cat, and the cat used to get scared. I used to worry for my mother too. She lived in Birkenhead as well. We went over to Liverpool a couple of times, and it was bad there. I wasn鈥檛 married, but I used to see a lot of my mother.
