One of Dad's favorite stories ,but I only
heard it 1-2 times was the time he was
preparing some Resistance Fighters to be
dropped back into France. This did not happen often but apparently a Short Stirling was utilized for this type of work.
Dad would help with the Parachutes, strapping them on, tightening and checking as the French coast loomed ahead. Once, while dong a final check of the straps that ran down and through the leg area, he put
his hand down there to ensure there was no slack and the Jumper wouldn't be subject to
a violent ride as the Chute opened up.
As Dad did this final cinch a voice said
"don't be too rough"-he looked up to see
a pretty girl (English, apparently). Dad was flabbergasted,he didn't expect a girl
and he was only 20. About 2 minutes later
she jumped into France never to be seen again.

You should try acknoledgeing some of the replies on the variuos web sites including here, where you have left your request, then you might get some kind of help.

I agree, just getting used to this site plus 3 weeks in shop with Motherboard issues.... What have you got?
