My name is Andy Lawrence. I have registered with 大象传媒i so that I can put my Dad's war stories on the WW2 People's War pages. I have been hearing these stories since a small child but in the last few years collected them carefully - this ws non trivial as Dad was digression unstable..! He died this year.

I grew up in Margate, Kent, but am now a forty-nine year old Astronomy Professor in Edinburgh.
