Started doing family history research twelve years ago.
Wrote down many of the stories told to me by my mother and grandmother.
Have around eighty pages of memories from three generations.
A couple of years ago I tried to write a book about my mothers childhood. What a horrible failure that was!
I've written a couple of pieces featuring my grandmother, some poetry about my childhood and also one or two snapshots of when I was young.
Won a competition a couple of years ago with a story about when my sister was born.
Like writing humorous fiction.
Must write more about my youth before I fall off the perch.
