Brigadier Edward Foord was my Uncle and I am researching his activities from 1943 to 1945.

He was Chief of Operations Intelligence Sub Division SHAEF and based at Norfolk House. I would like to hear from anyone who worked with him, or who could explain how their 'part' of G-2 worked.

His assistant was an American - Lt Colonel James O Curtis jr. - did anyone work with him?

When SHAEF headquartrs moved to France, 'Henry' (his nickname)went too and he ultimately drafted the surrender documents. We want to trace his movements from there, down to the Eagles Nest and, ultimately, to Berlin, so anyone who can help us, please get into contact.
