My name is Francesco, 31; I was born in Canosa di Puglia, but I have been living in Rom since my University Studies.
When I was a child I knew that some bombs fell down during the WW2 on my city, nothing more; I thought they were Americans.

Last year I was reading a local newspaper: there was an article about the bombing of Canosa: the first thing that strikes my attention was the day: the 6th of November 1943, so I thought: "Ehi, just a moment! We were already under the Allied Control!"; and in fact, the topic of the article was: Who really hit Canosa? Was a "friendly fire" or a "German air striking"?
So I knew that there was no a single Truth: on the contrary, there were two "parties" that fiercely opposed each other, sustaining their ideas.

You know, I love History, and the "strange story" of my city, with that "Dancing Party" organised by the "Royal Corps of Signals" was absolutely intriguing.....
