I have joined this service so as to tell people about the web site I have made about the life and times of Alec Harley Reeves. I worked with him from 1962 until his demise in 1971. He invented the Oboe bombing system which gave unprecedented accuracy to bombing by the RAF. It was used to silence many of the big guns defending the Normandy beaches before the invasion.
