I have joined this site in memory of my Dad.
A Black Country Bloke. Wilfred Slater, Worcestershire Regiment 5249747, 1933 to 1945. Who died in 1998 at the age of 85. To offer his memories of his army service between the above years, written by him for one of his grandsons for a school project in 1992. From The Black Country,
