I live in Worcester and have been interested in World War 2 since Secondary School.

In the late 1990s I got onto the internet and became involved in running the HMS Hood Association web site www.hmshood.com My work with the site has involved a lot of talking to veterans and finding out about their stories. Many of these are on our web site. I am now adding them here in the hope that they will find even wider readership and allow more people to understand what it was like to serve in the Royal Navy, and in HMS Hood in particular, during World War 2.
