Hi, My grandfather, John George Aislabie served in WW2 in the army attached to 4th Maritime Regiment. He was 'Killed in Action' defending the SS Testbank which was blown out of the water on 2nd December 1943 in the Bari Harbour bombing disaster. As this information is only just comming out we would be interested if anyone else has any information/pictures about SS Testbank or on the 4th Maritime regiment.
