I was at school in Fryerning lane - Infants and Boys and later sometimes at Moulsham.
Sometimes because I was often away through ill-health and further mastoid operations.
Many boys remembered me from first operations in 1944.
Others from Boys Own. I still attend reunions.
Left Ingatestone when village Bypass plans were revived. Moved to Brentwood from there.
Lived in Lancashire seven years after marriage and then settled in Braintree.
Very happy to be Volunteer at Marks Hall Country Park. Going to be an Arboretum of International importance.
