My name is Betty Barrett and I was borne in London in 1929.
During WW2 I was evacuated to the Surrey village of Hambledon along with my older brother Peter and my younger sister Iris.
I have written an account of these times which you may find of interest and which has been used by the National Trust who now own the cottage in which my sister and I stayed.
