Hello,
My father-in-law was a member of the 123 Regiment (Light AA) and has only been able to contact one othe former member.
I would love to hear from anyone who served with this regiment or their families.
Also anyone who knows any of the history of the regiment.
The regiment landed on Sword Beach during the Overlord landings. Elements of the regiment then advanced to Pegasus Bridge where it soon shot down its first enemy aircraft - an ME 109.
The regiment was in the Hamburg area at the end of the war.
