I was a driver with 1589 Artillery Platoon, part of the 319 Coy RASC, supporting the 53rd Medium Regt. RA, attached at various times to the 7th Armoured Division and the Polish Corps of the 1st Canadian Army. Our platoon was based at Churwell Leeds. I have put some extracts from my war diary on this site and would love to hear from anyone I served with (and remembers me!!).
