The museum tells the story of three centuries of history of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment.
The permanent display
An exciting mix of real objects, models and activities bring the soldiers' stories to life.
Find out about the Battalions that served during the Second World War in Europe, the Far East, India, the Middle East and at Home. There are also audio recordings of veterans' experiences of D-Day. Discover how Field Marshal B.L. Montgomery and Field Marshal Viscount W.J. Slim were connected to the Regiment.
D-Day temporary exhibition and special events - 18th May to 13th June 2004
The museum is organising an exciting programme to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of D-Day, which will appeal to adults and families.

How to find us: The museum is on the first floor of St John's House, Warwick. The town is in the heart of England, and easily reached by road or train from Birmingham, Coventry, Stratford and London. There is plenty of parking in St Nicholas Park at the rear of the museum. The railway station is a short walk from the museum.
Research: The archive collection contains personal ephemera, books, the Regimental magazine, War diaries, as well as some casualty and medal lists.
Group Visits: We welcome pre-booked parties, please contact us for further details.
Access: There is no wheelchair access to the first floor, but certain items can be brought to the ground floor. A folder with copies of the museum panels is available at reception.
Shop: Selected items relating to D-Day are available, as well as a wide range of books, gifts and souvenirs.
